The Wisconsin Senate election will be one of the most closely fought elections and Wisconsin may play an important role in deciding the control of the US Senate. In the last election, incumbent Ron Johnson won the election marginally as he secured 50.17% of the total votes while his opponent Democrat Russ Feingold got 47% of the total votes.

67 years old Ron Johnson had earlier decided that he would not seek a third term but later decided to run for the third term. In the upcoming Wisconsin Senate Race, Ron Johnson will be up against Democrat Mandela Barnes.

Wisconsin has predominantly been a red state but lately, Democrats have made huge inroads in Wisconsin. In the 2020 Presidential election, Wisconsin was one of the states that Joe Biden was able to flip. Considering this, the Senate Race fight is expected to have a close finish.
